3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Nohar Degree College has established the following policies for cancellations and refunds related to course enrollment and fee payments:

• Cancellation of Enrollment: Students may request to cancel their enrollment by submitting a written request to the college administration at nohardegereepgcollege@gmail.com within 15 days of the academic session’s start date, as per Maharaja Ganga Singh University guidelines.
• Refund Eligibility: Refunds for tuition fees may be granted only if the cancellation request is received within the specified 15-day period. After this period, no refunds will be issued unless exceptional circumstances are approved by the college administration.
• Non-Refundable Fees: Application fees, examination fees, and other administrative fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of the request, subject to verification, and will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer.
• Discontinuation: If a student discontinues their course voluntarily or due to non-compliance with college policies, no refund will be provided for fees paid.

4. Shipping and Delivery

As an educational institution, Nohar Degree College does not provide shipping or delivery services for physical products.
